RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged Items: We do everything possible to ensure your purchase is received by you in good condition. If our product is damaged when you receive it, we will replace the damaged item.
We will accept the return of a damaged product for replacement for up to 30 days after the date of the invoice*. The cost to ship the product back to us will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that the item be shipped with tracking information. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation. If sending it by UPS, use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed. The cost to ship the replacement product back to you will be paid by us.
Exchanges: We will exchange an item if the returned item is received by us in good condition. The item being returned should be well packaged to avoid damage when shipped back to us.

ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY
It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address. UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air. Therefore, we stress the importance of your providing us a complete and accurate street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code at the time of placing your order. Otherwise you will be charged this address correction fee if your address information is inaccurate.
